SAGE Event Services offers an interactive Digital Events Platform for promotional products associations and companies to host online events, conferences, and tradeshows that connect distributors and suppliers.
Distributors can quickly and easily register for a digital event by pre-populating registration fields with their information directly from the SAGE database. After they register, distributors will receive an email confirming their registration.
From the lobby, attendees can navigate between the show floor, education sessions, live main stage, the product pavilion, and networking lounges.
Attendees earn points for every booth visited, every time their information gets scanned by an exhibitor, every chat they send, and every education session they attend. The top points earners can receive prizes if you choose. Gamification entices attendees to interact more with the platform.
Attendees can view their user dashboard, including their current points progress for booths visited, scans, education sessions attended, products viewed, chat messages sent, and how far away they are from the leaderboard.
Attendees can scroll through the featured exhibitor’s section to find top supplier lines and quickly navigate straight to their online booth. This is an excellent opportunity for sponsorship.
At the top of the show floor page, attendees can search for any exhibitor by name. They can also filter results by exhibitors on their walk list, featured exhibitors only, or exhibitors they have not yet visited.
When attendees enter a booth, they have several ways to interact with the supplier. If they click on the Scan Me option, their information will be sent to the supplier for follow-up. Attendees can also schedule a meeting, request samples, or get more information about the exhibitor. Live text chat and video chat features enable attendees and exhibitors to chat with each other. Attendees can also watch videos, looks at the exhibitor's featured products, view their catalog, get show specials, and more!
After the show, exhibitors will have access to several reports including chat logs, booth material views, product views, lead reports, and a list of all attendees who came into their booth.
The SAGE Digital Event Platform provides show organizers the ability to create multiple education tracks. Each track can include an unlimited amount of pre-recorded education sessions. Attendees can chat live with the presenter throughout the session to get answers to any questions they have in real-time. Want to have your sessions live? No problem! Organizers can broadcast live sessions for optimal attendee interaction.
Attendees can create relationships through our seamless group chat and lounge features. Features can highlight videos and marketing materials as well.
An excellent opportunity for sponsorship at your digital event, attendees can check out featured hot products in the product pavilion. Product information is funneled directly from the SAGE database. When attendees click on a product, they can see the product details, add the supplier to their walk list, or go directly to the supplier's booth.
