association hires SAGE TMS as consultants and/or tradeshow

What role does our
regional association's Executive Director have with our tradeshow
if it is managed by SAGE TMS?
Your Executive Director has an instrumental role in your
tradeshow when it is managed by SAGE TMS. As the main contact
of the association, your executive director will work closely
with our account managers on a daily basis. His/Her leadership
will be an important factor in keeping the show unique to
your association.

Will we still need
volunteers to conduct our show?
Yes, you will still need volunteers, however, we anticipate
not as many. Our event planning staff will work with the association's
Executive Director to make the most efficient use of volunteer
time and talents. The volunteers will be managed by our event
staff, thereby freeing your Executive Director and Board of
Directors to perform their public relations duties for the event.

It will only affect it positively. When planning SAGE Showcase
we strive to plan a traveling schedule that doesn't interfere
with Regional and National Shows. SAGE TMS will further that
cooperative spirit. With prior planning, we can place SAGE
Showcase in your region in a different time of year than your
show; or if you choose, you can incorporate SAGE Showcase
to increase attendance and visibility at your tradeshow.
