The Top 10 Coolest Products We Saw at The PPAI Expo: 2025

It’s hard to believe that The PPAI Expo was already a few weeks ago. It’s always nice to see old friends and make new ones, and Vegas is always a great time. But, of course, one of the best things about going to the show is getting to see all the new and innovative products and the suppliers that showcase them!

To celebrate all of the really cool things we saw, we compiled our top 10 favorites, though there were a lot more than that. We’ve got to draw the line somewhere, right?

So, without further ado, here’s our list of the most unique, most tasty, or just plain coolest products we found:

leather jackets
SAGE# 53970

Since 1978, Tyca has become the king of embossed apparel and accessories. And they definitely caught our eye at this year’s show with their embossed leather and denim jacket display. Anything made from leather lasts a lifetime, and it’s surprisingly eco-friendly. Plus, with the ’90s and early ’00s fashions coming back around, it’s the perfect, on-trend fit. Not to mention, jean jackets are pretty timeless.

SAGE# 64712

SRG, formerly St. Regis Group, is up next on our list with a really neat, eco-friendly PlastEco™ award! Why were we so excited about this one? These awards are made from a revolutionary material; the darker tones reflect upcycled fishing nets, while the lighter hues come from repurposed plastic bags—each color telling a story of waste turned into something extraordinary.

silipint cups
SAGE# 51295

Silipint is a master of silicone, and while they’ve been in the industry for years, their display of multicolored drinkware in a bunch of new styles drew us in like a moth to a flame! Their Humbler (straw tumbler with a handle) makes the perfect on-the-go buddy, plus, the bright colors are definitely going to make your customer’s brand stand out. Not to mention, they don’t scratch, dent, or fade.

cheese brothers
SAGE# 53096

Cheese! Not that you need any further convincing, but Cheese Brothers will organize, package, and ship your customer’s company-branded gifts for a unique, tasty, and universally appreciated treat. Because who wouldn’t love to receive a box of gourmet snacks? And before the lactose intolerant folks write them off, they also have delicious crackers, nuts, jams, and sausage and you can even include a customizable cutting board!

nomadix blankets
SAGE# 52792

There is one downside of the beach: sand. Everywhere. And that includes getting it on the towel you laid down as an attempt to keep your stuff sand-free. Thankfully, Nomadix has just the thing. Their towels are sandproof, making them easy to shake off at the end of a fun day without tracking sand back in your bag and car. They’ve also expanded their collection to feature fitness towels, fanny packs, and more. The patterns are really cute, you can even bundle different ones, and the fabric is super soft. Plus, as a Social Purpose Corporation, their products are made from repurposed post-consumer recycled materials, supporting thier commitment to the environment and their misson to own less and do more!

leuchtturm
SAGE# 51308

There is something so, so nice about writing in a high-quality notebook or planner. The way your pen just glides over the smooth paper—gives us chills! Enter Leuchtturm1917. Their tagline “Denken mit der Hand”, which means “Writing by hand is thinking on paper”, is even a little poetic. While they have a plethora of styles, sizes, and colors, what really made us fall for these buttery notebooks was the personalization. If you happened to see their booth, you also likely saw the long line of folks waiting for their very own sample while they were embossing each one. It’s the little touches that can turn a promotional tool into a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

linz
SAGE# 52832

Ok maybe we were hungry walking the show floor and got a little too excited about the snacks, but if you could smell these steaks on the grill you wouldn’t blame us. Meats by Linz is another fantastic gourmet food gift your customers will love. They have hand-cut steaks, pork chop kits, premium seafood, and more that can be sent directly to recipients, delivering a high-end gift that’s perfect for any occassion.

airstream by rovr
SAGE# 52861

Rovr is a relative newcomer on the scene and they have some seriously cool coolers. The KeepR Cooler Caddy is what made us stop at their booth, but the thoughtfully designed features and accessories are what got Rovr on our list. These coolers are powerhouses on wheels, and they’re ready for pretty much any terrain you can think of—literally, they have all-terrain wheels! Plus, with their biggest cooler coming in at 80 quarts, they guarantee up to 10 days of ice retention.

rupt
SAGE# 52998

Eco-friendly tech? Count us in! Rupt, a rising star in the industry, took home the win at The Pitch during The PPAI Expo with the Trinifty 3-in-1 Power Charging Station—and it’s easy to see why. This sleek, wireless charger powers up your phone, watch, and another device simultaneously, but what really sets it apart is the built-in, removable portable charger that keeps you powered on the go. Plus, Rupt is serious about sustainability, using exclusively recycled materials in all their products and offsetting all CO2 emissions through the King County Forest Carbon Program, which helps protect threatened forests across the country. Even their packaging gets a second life—it transforms into a phone stand, pen holder, and more. With a mission to Disrupt the Norm, Rupt is redefining what’s possible in promotional tech.

ghost boards
SAGE# 53153

Ghost Boards was easily one of the most unconventional finds at The PPAI Expo. These acrylic/plexiglass longboards aren’t just for show; they’re fully functional and built to ride. But if hitting the pavement isn’t your customer’s style, they also make stunning wall displays—especially with custom backlighting. Best of all, every detail is fully customizable, making them a standout choice for brands looking to make a statement beyond the usual mugs and T-shirts.

That wraps up our list of the most innovative, eye-catching, and downright cool products we spotted at The PPAI Expo 2025! From sustainable tech to gourmet gifts and everything in between, this year’s show was packed with inspiration. Did we miss one of your favorites? Drop a comment and let us know what caught your eye!
