Over the years, SAGE has continuously evolved and expanded our platforms to provide customers with more ways to search for promotional products and manage their businesses. From introducing iOS and Android apps to launching www.sageweb.com, we’ve made it easy for distributors to access data anytime, anywhere, on any device.

SAGE Workplace

Today is a new day, and we’re excited to announce the next step in our journey: rebranding SAGE Total Access to SAGE Workplace. As our four platforms increasingly share the same modules and features, SAGE Workplace represents a unified, all-in-one business management solution designed specifically for distributors.

Product Research

  • Want to check out a product on the supplier’s website? Now you can! SAGE Workplace’s product detail page includes direct links to supplier websites, taking you directly to the specific product and its source.
  • Carbon footprint data is now available in SAGE Workplace. You can view the environmental impact of a product right on the detail page to help end buyers make decisions based on their values.
  • Searching for print-on-demand products is easier than ever in SAGE Workplace. We’ve added a Print on Demand flag to the search screen, allowing you to search for these products with ease. You can also filter search results to just Print on Demand products.

Presentations

  • You asked, and we answered your requests for a new presentation gallery layout. Showcase more products at a glance with larger images in a sleek, modern design your clients will love.

  • With the power of AI, you can now generate instant presentations with our Presentation Wizard for customers with just one click. By leveraging client data and history from SAGE Workplace, this new feature curates tailored product recommendations and relevant content that align with your customer’s business. Once created, you can easily customize the presentation content, products, or pricing.
  • Lastly, we have added new customization options for presentations. Distributors can now add a header background color or image or a color to the body background. The new price row strikethrough allows you to show if pricing is discounted.

Catalog Studio

  • If you use the SAGE Workplace web app (formerly SAGE Web), you’ll notice a new option in the left-side navigation for the SAGE Catalog Studio. Effortlessly promote your business by using our ready-to-go catalogs featuring popular promo products or by creating your own custom print or virtual catalogs and flyers. It’s never been easier or more cost-effective.

Email Campaigns

  • Another popular request—SAGE Email Campaigns are now available in the SAGE Workplace web app (formerly SAGE Web). Easily send marketing emails to your clients by choosing from one of our ready-to-send email campaigns, populated with themed promotional products that link to your SAGE Website. Feeling inspired? Choose to create your very own email campaign in our easy-to-use module. With SAGE Email Campaigns, you can boost your sales, drive traffic to your website, and stay top of mind with clients and prospects.

CRM

  • Distributors can send text messages to clients directly through SAGE’s CRM Module, enhancing client communication and the overall experience. SAGE ensures all message threads are stored, searchable, and accessible within the CRM. This makes collaboration easier and prevents the loss of important communication.
  • Messages are sent from a phone number specific to your company, maintaining continuity even during team changes. If a client calls this number, it will be forwarded to your main phone number to answer. Notifications are displayed on the CRM dashboard, and you can also receive desktop or mobile alerts for new incoming messages. Users can enable text messaging for clients via the “Text messaging opt-in” option. Contacts may opt-out anytime by replying STOP or QUIT. This add-on is $495 a year or $49 a month and allows for unlimited messages.

SAGE Connect

Webhooks

  • We’ve added new webhooks to SAGE Connect. What’s a webhook, you ask? It’s a real-time notification that sends data from one service, like SAGE Workplace or SAGE Websites and Stores, to another service, like an ERP system, when a specific event happens. For distributors, this means you can automatically push SAGE data—like presentations or product details—to your back-end ERP system. Email Services

AI

  • If you use SAGE’s email services, we have added some exciting new AI features to help you save time and work more efficiently. These tools include email summaries, draft replies, and more.
