ShowLink Lite is a limited version of the full SAGE ShowLink, our complete lead-retrieval and management solution, which can be purchased and used at any tradeshow you attend!

No service during the show? No problem! You only need service to choose your show (we advise doing this ahead of time). After that, your ShowLink device can be used offline, so you don’t need internet at your booth to collect leads.
To collect leads, rotate your device or tap the green circle and the camera will turn on. Scan a lead’s badge to collect all of their information. The lead will save automatically, so you’re free to scan the next lead.
Note: At end-buyer shows (where SAGE Event Services is managing registration and badges), when you scan a client’s badge, your device will collect all of their distributor’s information along with the client’s name for reference.
After scanning a lead, you can rate whether they are a hot or cold lead on a scale of one to five; leads ranked at five will automatically be sent to the designated email address to be followed up with immediately.
Choose either ASAP, Tomorrow, Next Week, Next Month, Next Year, a Specific Date or None. By setting a follow-up time immediately after meeting a person, you can better manage your time after the tradeshow.
You can also take notes, choose products from your catalog they were interested in, add action items, such as “send catalog” or “send sample kit,” or add any other information about the lead.
Even if a person has already left your booth, you can tap the person icon and it will pull up all of your leads. Simply select a lead to go back into the record and make any edits or additional notes.

We will have devices available onsite that you can borrow at no charge for the show. Just come to the ShowLink station at registration to pick up a device.
USE YOUR OWN DEVICE
ShowLink Lite can be used on your own iPhone, iPad, or Android device by downloading the app from Google Play, the Apple App Store, or the Amazon Appstore. If you would like to use your own device, click here for instructions on installing the app. Please make sure it’s downloaded before arriving at the show.
ShowLink Lite is end-buyer friendly! At end-buyer shows where SAGE Event Services is managing registration and badges, you can scan client badges and still receive end-buyer-friendly lead reports at the end of the show.
When you scan an end-buyer's badge, your device will populate the end-buyer's name with their distributor's information. At the end of the show, you will receive a lead report with the end-buyer's name for reference and the distributor's contact information.
Additionally, the end-buyer's distributor will also receive a report with the detailed notes you entered regarding the items their clients were interested in, making follow-up after the show easy for both you and the distributor.
Pro Tip: Be sure to include specifics in your notes! If an end-buyer is interested in a specific product, include the item number, the color they are interested in, and the quantity they need. This will give both you and the distributor the information you need to expedite the sales process.
