August was all about steady staples with a dash of seasonal flair! Bags, shirts, and pens held onto their top spots, while tumblers, caps, and fans made waves as summer go-tos. Let’s take a closer look at the top 25 products and suppliers in SAGE Workplace this month.

Bags, shirts, and pens continued their reign in the top three, proving once again that the classics are here to stay. Tumblers moved into the #4 spot this month, pushing notebooks out of the top 10. Caps also climbed their way into the top five, a natural fit for outdoor summer promotions.

Drinkware had a strong showing overall, with mugs and bottles both landing in the top 10. Towels and fans rounded out the list, which makes perfect sense for hot-weather giveaways. Compared to July, August leaned harder into seasonal picks while the top categories stayed consistent.

Along with the rankings, a few categories saw notable jumps this month. Calendars rose by 23%—a sure sign that fall planning is kicking into high gear. Blankets and vests also increased as distributors looked ahead to cooler weather, while coasters and tumblers rounded out the top gainers.

On the flip side, summer staples began to slide. Fans dropped by 27%, followed closely by coolers and towels. Hats and shirts also dipped, showing the natural shift as distributors transition away from peak summer promotions.

Hit Promotional Products once again claimed the #1 spot, followed by Evans Manufacturing in second and SanMar in third. Ariel Premium Supply Inc. and ImprintID rounded out the top five, holding steady from last month.

The rest of the list saw some changes, with PCNA, Hub, Rivers Promo Inc., Koozie Group, and Nu Promo International all making appearances in August’s top 10. These newcomers replaced July’s one-off entry, S&S Activewear, and show just how competitive the supplier rankings can be.

And now, without further ado, let’s take a look at the top 25 most popular promo products for August 2025!
