Looking at suppliers in September, there was some jockeying for the top three spots among the usuals: SanMar, Hit Promotional Products, and Evans Manufacturing, with SanMar regaining its place at the top again. Meanwhile, Hub fell off the top 10 list and S&S Activewear appeared at number 9.

In product categories, mugs and caps flip-flopped, while notebooks stood their ground. Chargers, awards, and coats replaced towels, bottles, and fans to fill out the bottom three slots. That’s no surprise considering the season change and school being back in session.

The 25 most popular products list is below, but here are some highlights.

Totes are tops. Forty percent (that’s 10 items in case you don’t want to do the math) of the most popular items in SAGE Workplace in September were bags. Tote bags, boat bags, grocery bags, whatever you call them, people like things that make it easier to carry other things. Evans Manufacturing and Superior Promotional Bags rocked that category last month.

Can coolers remain popular boasting four of the top 25 items (16%), all from Best Promotions USA LLC. It will be interesting to see where these land in the next month, given the cooler temps.

Lip balm made its presence known with a respectable 16%. All 4 varieties in the top 25 list for September come from Mixie. So, when it comes to keeping lips from chapping, Mixie has moxie.

Three different pens (12%) rank within the top 25 products, all products from Hub, so they’re still making a showing, even with falling off the top 10 suppliers list in September.

Tumblers (technically a tumbler and a water bottle) from HydraPeak sit in only two of the spots (8% of the top 25), despite being the fourth most popular category overall.
