Technically the first day of summer isn’t until June 20, but here in Texas, we’re definitely already feeling the heat. And we’re definitely already seeing those summer promo items moving up the list when it comes to what was hot and what was not in SAGE Total Access this past month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, get your predictions ready, and we’ll start by taking a look at the top most popular products categories from May! It looks like we had a few swap spots, and lanyards fell out of the top 10 for the first time in a while, making room for notebooks! Getting ahead of that back-to-school ordering rush, possibly? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The top increases from April to May show a lot of items you probably expected, like shorts and fans, because hello summer! But we also saw an increase in trays, name plates, and calendars indicating your customers are hiring and getting ready for the end of the year even earlier than usual! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to the highest decreases, again, some of these you could have probably expected. Specifically seeds and sashes now that we’re past spring and graduation season, and candles do tend to be a more popular promo in the fall and winter. But plants were a surprising one – speaking as a collector of many plants, I’d welcome a plant promo all year long!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for our top suppliers, the top 10 are holding steady from April to May with a few small changes in order. Ariel and SanMar switched spots and so did Evans and alphabroder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
