In addition to working on a plethora of new features to be released in January, SAGE developers continued to work on enhancing existing products for better usability and greater efficiencies. Here’s what they accomplished in Q4 2025.

Oh, Canada… This one’s for you. Users with Canadian addresses will now see Canadian-specific category ads in Product Search, empowering you to do business with fellow Canadians.
In Product Search, you can now select multiple categories at the same time before your search in the Web app. Also in Product Search, you can use the search filter that appears when you click the inventory number on a product page to narrow the search by a specific SKU.
If you use the email campaigns in Workplace web app (and you should!), you’ll be glad to know that mail merge tags are now supported from the email field, so you can address recipients by their first names in an email campaign without having to do so manually.

In the land of websites, there are some updates that are visible and some that are behind the scenes but still important. The gallery widget now has a carousel option, in addition to the already existing grid option, and supports up to 12 products where it formerly only allowed for six. This provides even more customization possibilities for SAGE Websites as site owners seek to differentiate themselves from others in the industry.
On the back end of things, the cart item page now shows product decoration information to administrators, allowing you to adjust the specifics of an order if necessary.
Lastly, to be fully transparent about actions taken on your website behind the scenes, SAGE now tracks the history of website updates.

To get ready for The PPAI Expo as well as other industry shows in 2026, SAGE published new versions of ShowLink to the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. These enhancements improved the user interface and gave the app a more modern look.

Promotional products suppliers and Mac users may enter the chat. SAGE Chat is now integrated with SAGE Supplier Center to streamline communication for supplier teams and enable quicker response times when distributors have questions.
SAGE Chat is also in the SAGE Workplace web application now, meaning Mac users can access all the benefits of Chat online.

As you manage your accounts in sagemember.com, you’ll notice that you can now update the credit card on file there and you can choose which SAGE services to renew instead of having to renew all of them at once.
Those are the dev updates for now, but be on the lookout for all the new 2026 features that were released at SAGE Conference this year before The PPAI Expo.
