This past quarter, we’ve introduced even more exciting new features and enhancements that you don’t want to miss! From expanded capabilities in the Virtual Design Studio to fresh additions in SAGE Websites and Company Stores, these updates are built to provide even greater customization, control, and efficiency for your workflow. Let’s dive into what’s new!

Client Text Messaging
The biggest release for Q3 was the addition of client text messaging in our CRM module. Distributors can now send text messages directly through SAGE’s CRM Module, enhancing client communication and their overall experience. SAGE ensures all message threads are stored, searchable, and accessible within the CRM. This makes collaboration easier and prevents the loss of important communication.
Messages are sent from a system phone number, maintaining continuity even during team changes. Notifications are displayed on the CRM dashboard, and you can also receive desktop or mobile alerts for new messages. Users can enable text messaging for clients via the “Text messaging opt-in” option, and contacts can opt-out anytime by replying STOP.

Detailed Tile View in SAGE Web
If you are a SAGE Web user, you now have a new way to view your product search results. You will see an icon for a detailed grid view in the top right-hand corner. This view will show you larger product images as well as the supplier’s name.

Client List Export File in SAGE Online
When exporting your client file from the CRM module in SAGE Online, new fields are now included, such as the creation date of the client, contact, or office, as well as the last update date for their information.

Filter Carts by Showrooms
New in SAGE Websites, you can now filter carts in sagemember.com by a specific showroom. Simply go to Cart Orders, choose your store from the drop-down, and then select your showroom. This feature allows you to track showroom performance and if you have the same product in multiple showrooms, you can see which showroom the product was ordered from.

Structured Product Data
What does that mean exactly? Structured product data enables Google and other search engines to better understand your site’s content, resulting in rich search results. For example, Google can now recognize detailed product information such as item names, descriptions, item numbers, prices, and more. This leads to improved search rankings, enhanced visibility for your product listings, and inclusion in merchant listings!
Rich Text for Showrooms
Rich text is now available for website showrooms! This highly requested feature allows you to add rich text to showroom headers, footers, product descriptions, additional product details, and pricing.
Here are a few more notable updates:
- Pay
My Bill now confirms the sale amount before the order is processed.
- The Sales by Client admin report now includes the remaining credit account.
- Added Shipped as a cart status option.

New Cover Options
This quarter we added six new cover options for both the digest and large catalogs. The SAGE Print Studio, available in SAGE Online, makes it easy to create custom catalogs for your business or for a specific client.

Not to mention, a brand new Ready-to-Go End-Buyer Catalog, Timely Ideas: Holidays, Awards, & More, was also added to the Print Studio at the end of the quarter. You can send it directly to your customers digitally for free, or print it to mail or hand out, just in time for those end-of-the-year purchases!

New Design Effects
Crafting the perfect virtual sample for your client is now simpler than ever. With our latest update, we’ve introduced effect options that bring your virtual designs even closer to the real imprint. You can now apply a logo to a product and select from effects like debossing, embossing, embroidery, laser engraving, or foil stamping.
