Download the SAGE Workplace app on your mobile device

Tap the menu icon in the top left corner & select Tradeshows

Step 3

Select the show you need from the list and you’re ready to go!

OFFLINE MODE

You can use SAGE Workplace for tradeshows with or without an internet connection! Just complete the steps above before the show when your phone is online. The app will store the tradeshow information so you can access it offline whenever you want! Any pictures or other content will be uploaded automatically after you go online again after the show.

Select the Exhibitors icon to get started.

SEARCH

Search exhibitors by name, view featured or most popular exhibitors, or, if you’re already at your show, check out nearby exhibitors as you walk through the show floor.

TAP

Tap the walking icon to add exhibitors to your walk list.

VIEW

View your walk list by selecting the option in the top menu bar. Once you’ve visited an exhibitor, tap the location icon to mark them as visited. You can also create multiple walk lists and share them with your team by tapping the gear icon at the top righthand corner of the screen.

WALK LIST

Your default walk list will be highlighted with a green circle. To share that walk list, select it, and then tap the plus sign in the right-hand corner. You’ll be prompted to enter the user’s login ID or email address and click add. To create a new walk list, simply tap the plus sign from the walk list page, enter a name for it, and tap add.

  1. Click the Tradeshow icon in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Select the show you’re attending.
  3. Select which exhibitors you would like to add to your walk list by clicking each box or select the option to add all.

View the interactive floor plan to help you navigate the show floor and see the exhibitors’ booths you added to your walk list.

Sort your walk list by your preferred method (Company Name, Booth Number, Zig-Zag Walk Order, One Side Walk Order).

Check off exhibitors as you visit their booths to ensure that you visit every booth you intended; you can also scan the QR code at each booth and SAGE Workplace will automatically mark that booth as visited.

Search for exhibitors by company name or notes you’ve written and quickly find their booth number.

Add notes, pictures, video and audio recordings on products and suppliers that interest you for easy reference after the show.

View the education schedule to plan out your day, then take notes during the sessions and email them to yourself or your colleagues.

Connect with fellow attendees in the Community area and build a network that lasts beyond the show.

AT CLIENT SHOWS
  1. View your registered clients before the show in the Who's Here section of the app.
  2. Once your client receives their badge, you will receive a push notification letting you know they’ve arrived.
  3. Tap to see when they checked in and the last booth they visited.

Make sure you have notifications turned on for SAGE Workplace in your phone settings!

Exporting Your Content After the Show

IOS AND ANDROID APP

After the show, export your content directly from SAGE Workplace by tapping View Content from the main menu. An email will open and all you have to do is type in your email address. Or, you can also get your information directly from SAGE Workplace in the tradeshow area.

WINDOWS APP AND WEB APP

All the information will be in the Tradeshow area of SAGE Workplace. You can even filter searches by exhibitors you visited at the show. If you are not a current SAGE Workplace user, you will need to retrieve your leads before your free trial expires. You can export your content directly from SAGE Workplace. Following the show, you will also receive an Excel report that contains all your client’s lead requests.
