Get Started

  1. Download the SAGE Mobile iOS or Android app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
  3. Select Tradeshows.
  4. Select the appropriate show from the list.
  5. Create a walk list, view the education schedule, and more!
OFFLINE MODE

You can use SAGE Mobile for tradeshows with or without an internet connection! Just complete the steps above before the show when your phone is online. The app will store the tradeshow information so you can access it offline whenever you want! Any pictures or other content will be uploaded automatically after you go online again after the show.

Create a Walk List

Select the Exhibitors icon to get started.

You can search exhibitors by name to quickly locate them, view featured exhibitors, or see which exhibitors’ booths are most popular under the trending tab.

Tap the walking icon to add exhibitors to your walk list.

You can view your walk list by selecting the option in the top menu bar. Once you’ve visited an exhibitor, you can tap the location icon to mark them as visited. You can also create multiple walk lists and share them with your team in real time by tapping the gear icon at the top righthand corner of the screen.

Your default walk list will be highlighted with a green circle. To share that walk list, select it and then tap the plus sign in the righthand corner. You’ll be prompted to enter the user’s login ID or email address and click add. To create a new walk list, simply tap the plus sign from the walk list page, enter a name for it, and tap add.

  1. Click the Tradeshows icon in the left hand navigation.
  2. Select the show you’re attending.
  3. Select which exhibitors you would like to add to your walk list by clicking each box or select the option to add all.

View the interactive floor plan to help you navigate the show floor and see the suppliers’ booths you added to your walk list.

View your walk list to ensure that you visit every booth you intended.

Search for exhibitors by company name and quickly find their booth number.

Select a booth / supplier to take pictures and videos, make notes, or even record voice memos for easy reference after the show.

View the education schedule and add the sessions you'd like to attend directly to your calendar.

Easily search for products from attending exhibitors in the All Products section.

Check which colleagues and clients are at the show with the Who’s Here feature.

Receive Push Notifications When Your Clients Arrive

  1. Once your client receives their badge you will receive a push notification through SAGE Mobile.
  2. Tap to see when they checked in and the last booth they visited.
  3. Make sure you have notifications turned on for SAGE Mobile in your phone settings.
Export Content

Export Your Content
After the Show

SAGE MOBILE

After the show, export your content directly from SAGE Mobile by tapping View Content from the main menu. An email will open and all you have to do is type in your email address. Or, you can also get your information directly from SAGE Online in the tradeshow area.

SAGE ONLINE

All of the information will be located in SAGE Online (just click Tradeshows then select the corresponding show). You can even filter searches by exhibitors you visited at the show. If you are not a current SAGE Online user, you will need to retrieve your leads before your free trial expires. You can export your content directly from SAGE Mobile or from SAGE Online. Following the show, you will also receive an Excel report that contains all of your client’s lead requests.
