3 (NEW) Need To Know Features in SAGE's CRM Module

We’ve rolled out a bunch of new features and updates this year, most of which are detailed in our quarterly Development Recap blogs here. BUT the CRM Module has so many cool new things to show you that we wanted to do a more detailed breakdown. So, let’s dive in!

Snapshot & Client Insights

The new Snapshot dashboard in the CRM Module is your new favorite way to track your to-do’s!

When you click into the CRM Module, you’ll see your Snapshot dashboard. This gives you your tasks for the day, your calendar for the month, any new text messages from your customers (which we’ll get into next), and Quick Stats.

The Quick Stats area shows how many total active clients you have as well as the number of new clients, prospects, the number of clients with activity, and how many presentations, quotes, and sales orders you have created for the day, month, previous month, and year-to-date.

Now if you want to see more detailed information for those active clients, that’s where the insights come in! Once you click into the client profile you’re looking for, you’ll see that contact’s overview.

Here, you can see the company name and logo, the rating and sales potential, and the information for the main contact. Scrolling down, you’ll see the tasks you need to complete for the client, any ongoing projects, and recent activity. You can also look at how many projects, presentations, interactions, orders, and website visits your selected client had over the date range of your choice, and even their total revenue for that period.

Then, and this is the really cool part, you’ll see a list of top product ideas. This AI-curated list gives you the top suggestions for what new product ideas you can bring to your client!

You can also see a section for their top product interests. This area is based on the presentations and quotes during your selected date range to give you a quick visual representation of what types of items your client has been interested in.

Lastly, you can see an overview of the top products purchased. This section is based on the invoice information from your selected date range, so you can see what items your client purchases most often!

Client Text Messaging

Now, THIS is a game-changer! We’ve taken client communication to the next level by becoming the first in the industry to offer built-in text messaging capabilities! This means faster, smoother interactions and an overall boost to your client experience.

What makes it so cool? For starters, all your conversations are safely stored right in the CRM, making collaboration a breeze—especially for large teams or those managing multiple accounts. Every message is automatically tracked and searchable, so you’ll never have to worry about losing important information again. Whether it’s a simple follow-up or a detailed conversation, finding past communications is as easy as a few clicks.

Not to mention, the new text messaging system comes with powerful notification options. You can see all your new messages at a glance on the CRM Snapshot dashboard or get notified on your desktop or mobile device as soon as a client reaches out. And with the new Messaging tab in the client’s profile, keeping track of entire message threads has never been simpler.

Integrating Clients Into Company Stores

Integrating your clients into your SAGE Company Store has never been easier! You can now create client logins directly through the CRM Module. This allows you to effortlessly oversee or update your client’s access in a centralized location.

Plus, you can add a login for your client to one or multiple stores all at once, using the same login and password for each. Simply select the store you would like to provide access to for your selected client from the Website/Store Login Access drop down, create their username and password and that’s it! It’s really that easy.
