You’ve probably seen one of their brand names in malls or department stores. They’re synonymous with high-quality business wear and excellent golf clothing. It’s Perry Ellis International (PEI)!

Celebrating their 50th anniversary this year, they have become an international fashion powerhouse. Although our story starts in 1974, their company is named after the iconic designer and fashion label Perry Ellis, and it was one of the earliest licensed brands!
While PEI has offices and warehouses worldwide, Rachel Ros, the Senior Sales Specialist at PEI, works in their Doral, Florida (Near Miami!) headquarters. We sat down with Rachel to get the inside scoop. Originally starting her tenure with the company as a Customer Service Representative back in 2017, Rachel has now been with Perry Ellis for nearly 8 years and currently oversees the daily operations in Customer Service and Inside Sales.
Their Doral headquarters holds pretty much anything you could want. They handle design, merchandising, sourcing, purchasing, planning, and more, all under one roof!
They’re also continuing to grow! Rachel said that they’re currently dedicating a lot of resources to advancing their technology, including designing an exciting new website that has received amazing feedback from their internal Customer Service and Outside Sales teams. It’ll be launched to customers soon, so definitely keep an eye out for that!

As for Perry Ellis International’s future, Rachel says that their goal is to use their brands, like Original Penguin and licenses for Callaway Apparel, to bring a diverse assortment of exclusively designed products like apparel and accessories to the promotional product industry as a whole—giving them a broader platform to satisfy their customers’ needs—and yours! And we can’t wait to see what they design next.
