Over the last few months, we’ve released tons of exciting new features and enhancements you don’t want to miss! From added functionality in the Virtual Design Studio to new additions in SAGE Websites, these updates are designed to give you even more customization and control and further streamline your workflow. So let’s take a look at what we’ve been up to!
Users will notice multiple enhancements throughout SAGE Web, from a refreshed dashboard to the ability to click through to the supplier’s product or profile from each advertisement, and more.
Within the product search area, when viewing the advanced search options, users will now see a list of trending shows at the top of the Tradeshows list. The trending shows list is based on the show dates and will include shows that are either coming up or took place recently. Additionally, The PPAI Expo will stay at the top of the drop-down list to make it easier for users to find their most relevant events faster. All industry shows will still be listed alphabetically below the trending shows list.
Within the CRM Module, SAGE Web now allows users to sort their contact lists by first or last name, matching the functionality of SAGE Online. Users can also edit contact pictures directly within SAGE Web. Plus, new actions for work calls, mobile calls, and emails have been integrated into the contact list.
And finally, in the Presentations Module, users can now select and include multiple product images from the database in their presentations!
Curated Product Collections
Big news for SAGE Website Professional Plus customers: We’ve just released the SAGE Curated Product Collections! These customizable theme-based pages come pre-loaded with images, products, and relevant content and are included with your website. They’ll save you time, help you jumpstart your content strategy, and improve your SEO. With multiple themes to choose from and endless customization options, they’ll fit your website perfectly.
AI Image Generation
This past quarter, we released a groundbreaking new image generation tool aimed at transforming users’ content creation within SAGE Websites and Company Stores. The AI image generation has been integrated into all rich-text editors in the site admin area through sagemember.com, allowing users to generate unique and copyright-free images for use on their site, in their blogs, presentations, and more. Creating an image is as easy as typing in a description and hitting the Generate Image button. In just a few seconds, the powerful AI engine will create an image that fits the exact description. Users can also save their generated images with full descriptions to the file library.

Page Builder
The Page Builder for SAGE Websites introduces a suite of new widgets, including video, image, gallery, and form widgets, as well as a Curated Product Collections widget. There are also new search filters for the product group widget, such as “Made In Country” and “In Stock,” enhancing the customization of product displays. This empowers users to create even more visually stunning and highly functional websites tailored to their unique needs. The new widgets provide additional flexibility and endless creative possibilities for showcasing products and services. The new module allows users to quickly and easily custom-build a page from scratch with a tailored column layout, widgets, and product groups incorporating featured product selections.

Speaking of the aforementioned Page Builder in SAGE Websites, the form widget form responses can be retrieved in the new Form Responses area in SAGE Member. Here, users can view, download, archive, and export the form response details.
Additionally, SAGE Website Professional Plus customers can now find the ready-to-launch Curated Product Collections settings on the Content Library Settings page on sagemember.com.
The Virtual Design Studio received several eagerly anticipated updates, including the introduction of the new curved text function. This allows users to effortlessly add curved text up to a full circle to create captivating logos and custom designs. Additionally, users can also now design their own freeform paths for text.
In the latest update, we’ve also introduced the new brand colors feature as part of the color picker in the Virtual Design Studio. This feature automatically supplies the brand colors for any logo in addition to the standard color options when choosing a design color.

A new version of SAGE Mobile for iOS and Android has also been released with over 65 new features and enhancements! Upon login, users will now see timestamps on their homepage alerts. Within the research area, the share menu options for sharing products from their detail page have been refreshed and simplified with the options to copy a product image or website link or share via email or social media. Additionally, the ability to mark a product as a favorite item is now directly on the product detail screen instead of embedded in the share options.
Users will also see some additions to the advanced search area to increase continuity with SAGE Online and SAGE Web, such as the inclusion of the ESG/Diversity drop-down filter option. Similar to the SAGE Web update, the Tradeshow drop-down will now include the same trending shows list at the top.
Speaking of tradeshows, we’ve also made quite a few updates in the Tradeshows area! The overall look has been refreshed, and users will now see a New+Upcoming list to find their relevant show more easily. Another one we’re super excited about – you can also search the exhibitor list by your notes! So, for example, if you’ve taken notes at a specific supplier’s booth and you can’t recall which supplier, you can easily search for that note. Finally, within the show schedules, updates are now live; the sessions will now sync and scroll to the current date and time when viewed, and any session times will show in the event’s location time for physical shows and in your local time for virtual events.
And now for the supplier updates! Within the SAGE Supplier Center Performance & Stats and ad reporting, suppliers will now see their engagement ad stats broken down into views, enhanced views, and clicks. This provides a more detailed explanation of the type of engagement each supplier’s ads are receiving. A view would be considered the same as an impression. An enhanced view would require the user to engage with the advertisement in some way – for example, the user would hover over the ad with their mouse. And a click would be recorded once the user clicked into the ad to view the supplier’s profile or products.
Suppliers utilizing SAGE Connect to integrate their product data will now see additional field options added to the product update module, including Hazardous, Officially Licensed, Premium/Incentive, Show End Users, and Not Suitable options. These options further enhance each supplier’s ability to categorize their products and provide clear product safety information.
