We don’t know about you, but this was an extremely busy (and exciting!) quarter for us. We released so many new features and updates we’re excited to tell you about – so let’s get into it!

Canadian customers will find it convenient that distributors are now set to CAD currency by default at account creation, streamlining the process for them.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Enhancements

The CRM module received a significant boost with new features to provide a comprehensive overview of client interactions and activities. From the newly introduced client overview page to AI-powered product suggestions, SAGE Total Access equips businesses with powerful tools to better understand and serve their clients. Notable additions include:

  • Client overview page with insights into active projects, recent activity, and statistics.
  • Integration of social media URLs in SAGE Web for client contacts, enhancing communication channels, making it now match with SAGE Online and SAGE Mobile.
  • There is now a Project Management tab within the CRM module in SAGE Web and SAGE Mobile, enabling seamless collaboration and tracking.
  • Improved client history filtering and validation, ensuring data accuracy and usability.

Project Management

Efficient project management is vital for the success of any endeavor. With the inclusion of proof client comments in activity history, this update enhances transparency and accountability in project workflows, fostering better communication and collaboration among team members.

Order Management

Streamlining the order management process, SAGE Total Access introduces several new features to expedite invoicing and inventory management. Notable additions include thumbnail previews of item pictures, if the setting is enabled for your website or stores and the automatic creation of invoices upon cart submission, providing businesses with greater flexibility and efficiency in handling orders.

SAGE Chat

Communication is key to effective collaboration, and the new features in SAGE Chat aim to enhance user experience and productivity. With options to include mobile devices in call group settings and display full party names on hover, SAGE Chat ensures seamless communication across teams, regardless of their location or device.

SAGE Websites and SAGE Company Stores

In the realm of online presence and e-commerce, SAGE Websites & Company Stores receive a significant upgrade with the introduction of inventory management features. From setting inventory preferences for individual items, setting low stock alerts, and tracking inventory levels in real time, businesses can now efficiently manage their online storefronts and ensure accurate product availability for customers.

Additionally, introducing the ability to duplicate existing stores and introducing the custom page builders and curated product pages further enhances businesses’ flexibility and customization options, allowing them to create unique and engaging online experiences for their clients.
