CRM Client Overview

In the spirit of maximizing efficiency, a major highlight of the latest release is the Client Overview Dashboard in the CRM module of SAGE Online and SAGE Web. This dashboard offers a comprehensive view of individual clients by integrating data from other SAGE Total Access modules. You can monitor ongoing tasks, track project progress, analyze sales, and assess website engagement, all at a glance.

Additionally, now you can effortlessly create client logins for websites and online stores via the CRM module. This integration with SAGE Websites streamlines client access management in a centralized location.

Furthermore, carts from Websites and Company Stores seamlessly integrate into Order Management within SAGE Total Access, enhancing overall workflow efficiency.

New Features in SAGE Company Stores

Building on the Q3 2023 release of the new SAGE Company Store Standard, SAGE has introduced more advancements to its suite of Company Store offerings. Notable updates include the ability to duplicate stores, a new reporting module for detailed sales analysis, new inventory management tools, and exciting new Starter Stores!

Duplicating Company Stores

Leverage the work you’ve already done on your existing company stores! Say you have a client wanting a variation of an existing store or a new client in the same industry as an existing one needing a similar store. With the click of a button, you can copy a store from the Site/Store Manager in SAGE Member. This copies the design and product selection without copying carts or clients.

Company Store Reporting Module

This new feature has been highly requested by SAGE users! From this module, you can view and export the following reports:

  • Sales over time
  • Sales by product
  • Sales by showroom
  • Sales by promo code
  • Sales by client

Inventory Management Tools

SAGE now offers inventory management, allowing the monitoring of various product variations with distinct inventory levels. This feature includes bulk inventory management through spreadsheets, custom thresholds, low-stock notifications, and automatic updates during order fulfillment. Inventory management is accessible with SAGE Website Professional or SAGE Company Store Premium and higher tiers.

Starter Stores

Sometimes, you don’t want to start from scratch – SAGE is excited to announce 15 fully customizable theme-based stores! Choose one that’s relevant to your client, update the name and logo, and it’s ready to go! Or go further and completely customize the store’s design and product selection. Best of all, Starter Stores are available at no additional charge.

SAGE Websites Page Builder

The last two new features to announce are upgrades to SAGE Websites! The new Page Builder tool allows you to create custom pages easily without coding knowledge. This WYSIWYG editor allows you to drag and drop page elements, including layouts, text, images, widgets, and products!

Curated Product Pages for SAGE Websites

Content is king! Leveraging the new Page Builder, these theme-based Curated Product Pages are pre-built and include content and products to enhance your SEO and drive website traffic. These are available for SAGE Website Professional Plus.
