Spooky season has ended, and now it’s time to celebrate coming together with the ones you love, eat some delicious food, and probably fall asleep on the couch in a turkey coma. It’s Thanksgiving time!
Looking towards the holidays, which are fast approaching now that Halloween is over, we see all the usual winter suspects making their presence known in October’s most popular product categories. Coats moved their way up to number five, previously at number eight, and tumblers moved down to number six. Bottles have also moved down to number eight, while lanyards have fallen off of the top ten list altogether to be replaced by blankets. I hope they’re heated!
Looking at our top product increases for October – it’s a winter wonderland! Ornaments increased a dramatic 77%, while gloves came in second at 51%.
For product decreases, well, it’s no surprise that golf tools have decreased by 50% – nobody wants to golf while it’s 30 degrees outside! Interestingly, tattoos have also reduced by 47%. My guess is that people were searching for them for Halloween giveaways – what’s your theory?
And now for the main event: the top 25 most popular products for October 2022! Drinkware was the name of the game this month, with the majority of the top spots taken up by mugs or tumblers.
