Event Management & Logistic Coordination


Event Management

  • Your SAGE event team will collaborate with your show chair, executive director, and committee to prepare a draft budget. The budget will be based on previous years’ actuals with any pricing changes and new revenue generating opportunities figured in
  • Manage contracts entered upon by organization to ensure compliance
  • Participate in site inspections
  • Negotiate room rate and reserve block at event hotel
  • Provide revenue and expenditure reports
  • Maintain consistent and clear reporting of event registration status
  • Represent group with show chair and executive director (if applicable) at pre-convention meetings
