Overview

This full-featured application programming interface (API) syncs your back-end systems with the SAGE database, therefore automatically updating your product information, inventory levels, order tracking information, and more in SAGE when you update your back-end system. This streamlines your workflow since you only need to update your information in one system and it also provides distributors with more information when deciding to do business with you.

This information will go into the #1 business management tool in the industry, SAGE Online. Each year, more than 45,000 distributor users spend over 9.1 million hours within SAGE Online, so it is imperative to keep your information accurate and up to date.

Order Status upload

Provide Real-Time Order Status
Sync your order status information with SAGE to give distributors real-time order status information in SAGE Online.

A significant part of any good customer service plan is keeping your customers informed about their orders. With this toolkit you have the ability to integrate order status with SAGE Online, so distributors know where their orders are every step of the way. In addition to improving your customer service, this can also lighten the number of calls your customer service representatives receive daily from distributors inquiring about the status of their orders.

Inventory Update

Sync your inventory information with SAGE in order for distributors to see real-time inventory information on SAGE Online.

Download your order data from distributors who submitted orders via the SAGE order management system. You can download your order data in XML format, rather than an email PDF, so it’s easy to parse and integrate into your back-end system.
