What is SAGE Show?
SAGE Show is a two day event for promotional products professionals. The first day includes quality industry education, sales advice, SAGE product help, networking and more. The second day is one of the top industry tradeshows for promotional products distributors and their invited clients.

Where is SAGE Show?
SAGE Show will be held at the beautiful and innovative Irving Convention Center, which is centrally located for easy accessibility from all parts of the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Who can attend SAGE Show?
Qualified promotional products distributors and their salespeople are welcome to attend both days. On the tradeshow day, distributors’ invited clients are also welcome to attend to walk the show floor.
Why does SAGE Show have a hosted client element?
The invitation-only, hosted client aspect of the show is designed for distributors who wish to create a one-on-one enhanced sales experience geared toward identifying and satisfying the needs of key clients. The program serves the unique needs of suppliers as well, by providing a setting in which to create brand awareness, present case studies and discuss the benefits of promotional products directly with clients and their distributors.

SAGE Show remains the only show in the area that clients can attend. It gives distributors a unique opportunity to enhance their relationship and increase sales with key clients. In addition, the Dallas/Fort Worth area is home to hundreds of corporate headquarters, including 18 in the Fortune 500. This creates a large, educated, population of key clients with promotional products purchasing power in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Sixteen of the 27 regional associations currently have hosted client shows. These shows have been very popular and successful and both suppliers and distributors have appreciated participating in these shows.
What will SAGE Show cost for distributors and clients?
Admission to the tradeshow is free for all promotional products distributors, their salespeople, and their invited clients.
How will my clients benefit from the show?
By inviting your clients to SAGE Show, you are not only helping to educate them on the benefits of promotional products, you are also opening their minds to thousands of ideas and products that they otherwise may have never realized were an option to them.
How will I benefit from bringing clients to the show?
Walking with your clients on the show floor is a great opportunity to create a true one-on-one relationship and an enhanced sales experience. Also, by inviting your client to SAGE Show, it will be an idea generator for them and ultimately help to increase your sales.

You can bring any of your clients to the show. We suggest bringing a variety of clients, those who order a lot of promotional products from you and those who don’t. This gives you the opportunity to educate the ones who do not order frequently on the endless possibilities.
Are client shows common?
Sixteen of the 28 regional associations currently have hosted client shows. These shows have been very popular and successful and both suppliers and distributors have appreciated participating in these shows. SAGE Show will be the largest client show in the central region.
How many clients can I bring?
There is not a limit on the number of clients you can bring.
How much does it cost to bring a client?
It’s free! There is no charge to bring your clients.
Do I have to register my clients?
We suggest you pre-register your clients to expedite their entrance into the show. However, this is not required and you are able to register your clients onsite as needed.
How can I invite clients to the show?
Distributors can send an email invitation to their clients via the same site you use to register for your name badge.
Will a supplier try to sell directly to my client?
Suppliers are familiar with end-buyer style shows. Client badges will be a different color and will say “Client” on them to identify a client. Exchanging business cards or other contact information on the show floor is strictly prohibited.
What happens when a supplier scans my client’s badge?
When a supplier scans your client’s badge, they will see YOUR name and contact information, as well as the client’s name and company for reference only. None of your client’s contact information is included in the lead. All of the contact information is the distributor’s information. In addition, their lead retrieval device will say “Client” at the top to remind the supplier that they are talking to a client. After the show, you will get a detailed report of all of the leads captured by exhibitors from your clients for easy follow-up.
Will my clients be able to walk the show floor by themselves or do I have to be with them?
Either way! You are welcome to walk with your clients to truly build your business relationship, or if you’ve invited multiple clients they are welcome to walk the show floor alone. Their badge will identify them as a client so suppliers will know.
