Eric Natinsky is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of SAGE. He has been working with computers all his life and has extensive experience in computer science. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, double-majoring in Management and Marketing, from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from The University of Texas at Austin. Eric is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is also a licensed patent attorney. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as supporting the arts in Austin through his position on the Board of Directors for ZACH Theatre.
David Natinsky is co-founder and President of SAGE. As an avid technology enthusiast, David has seen technology evolve from the disconnected world of the late 1980s to the fully connected world that we now live in. He was instrumental in working with PPAI to establish SAGE as PPAI’s exclusive technology provider and create the Power of Two relationship, in which all PPAI distributor members receive one SAGE Total Access license. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the College of Santa Fe. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, flying, as well as holding board of director positions with multiple local not-for-profit associations.
Bille began at SAGE in 2007 and is better known as our Marketing Magician because she always seems to pull marketing solutions out of one of her many hats. She graduated from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA with a degree in business administration. Bille doesn’t market SAGE because it’s her job, she does it because she truly believes that the products and services SAGE offers help our customers’ businesses grow. In fact, Bille is so dedicated to her job, we sometimes think she would never leave the office if it wasn’t for her brand new newlywed status.
As Director of Sales, Blake is responsible for both the distributor and supplier sides. Before joining SAGE in 2014, he was in business development for PPAI and also worked as a sales manager for an industry supplier for eight years. Blake has a B.A. in business management and an MBA specializing in strategic management from Amberton University. He has also completed industry certification for an MAS designation. Despite his seemingly reserved demeanor, Blake claims he could easily be the next American Ninja Warrior…although we remain doubtful until we see some proof.
Brian is our Tech Czar here at SAGE (because Director of Info Tech wasn’t nerdy enough). He’s been at SAGE since 1998 and is constantly teaching us cavemen new tricks, such as how to use this fancy new World Wide Web thing. He is a graduate of Tarleton State University, where he obtained a degree in economics. Any given Sunday, you’ll find Brian covered from head to toe in blue and silver body paint cheering on Tony Romo from at AT&T Stadium (Not really, but wouldn’t that be awesome to see on the jumbotron?)
A quick glance into Chris’s office and you may think he’s responsible for toys and games at SAGE. We don’t know how he gets any work done in there, we just know he does. Chris is our go-to guy for all things web. If it has a www in front of it, he dots that com. Before joining SAGE in 1998, he was a pre-optometry Texas Tech grad just trying to make his way as the lead singer and guitarist for a local band. Music is still a big part of Chris’s life; he always has music playing while he works and has most of his team hooked to his Spotify playlist.
Dana joined SAGE in 2001 after graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in business management. When she’s not at work keeping the SAGE database in line, she’s constantly in motion, either running, riding motorcycles, or practicing wakeboarding, a.k.a. "the best sport ever," according to her. Dana also enjoys being active in the industry. She has served as chair of the PPAI Women’s Leadership Conference and has been awarded the PPAI Volunteer of the Month Award.
Jarod began at SAGE in 2005 as a sales representative. In his current role, he handles all relationships with SAGE’s largest clients, regional associations, and other partnerships. Jarod studied business management at Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition to being dedicated to SAGE, Jarod has also proven his dedication to his buddies by attending their annual camping trip every year since 2000, earning him admittance into their Golden Axe Club. It’s safe to say all of those days he spent on outdoor survival training as a kid paid off.
Shannon may as well be Director of People and Caffeine because she handles everything from our customer service to our human resources to broken coffeemakers. She joined SAGE in 2000 and is responsible for keeping our customers happy and our employees caffeinated. Shannon won the President’s Award in 2006 and the President/CEO Award in 2012. She studied criminal justice and business at Tarleton State University. Outside of work, she can usually be found at a local festival, scouting out a unique new addition to her hand-blown glass collection.
Gloria cannot see herself working anywhere but SAGE and it is safe to say SAGE would not be the same without her. Her SAGE journey began all the way back in 1996. Throughout her years here, she’s earned the President/CEO Award in 2011, the People’s Choice Award in 2013, and the Excellence Award in 2006 and 2007. When she’s away from her SAGE family, you’ll find her staying busy with her husband and four children. They love adventures and even made a road trip to Disney World and Universal Orlando. You can add “Mom of the Year” to the list of her accomplishments.
Since joining SAGE in 2013, Jansen has been diligent in executing marketing plans and keeping all projects on task. She won the Rising Star award in 2013 and is referred to by her team as the Marketing Cheerleader because her positivity puts a proton to shame as she rallies them on a regular basis. She also received the All-Star award in 2016. Jansen is a native Texan who studied integrated marketing communications at Abilene Christian University.
Michelle is a graduate of the University of Texas - Arlington. She joined SAGE in 2015 looking for a change after more than 18 years at the same company, and boy did she find it. Since her very first day, Michelle has found exciting new challenges as she works to keep the SAGE database updated. But she’s no stranger to excitement - her sons are full of it and keep her very entertained at home. On her days off, we’re willing to bet you’ll find her in the middle of a game of soccer or frisbee with her boys.
Ryan joined SAGE in 2010 after selling technology services for a firm in Dallas. Ryan was named a 2016 Rising Star by the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). He studied emergency management at the University of North Texas.
Beginning at her family’s distribution company when she was 12, Teri is no stranger to the promotional products industry. Since joining the SAGE family in 2012, she has been a saving grace for suppliers, helping them implement complete marketing plans using SAGE. Teri won the Pinnacle Sales Award in 2013 and 2014. Previously, she attended Texas Tech University where she studied marketing and psychology.
