A Look at What’s New in SAGE Online 12.5

Not a day has gone by since the debut of SAGE Online in 1994, that we don’t rise to the challenge to innovate and create the latest solutions to make you more successful!

We’re so excited to introduce you to the latest version of the most powerful product research and business management solution in the promotional products industry! Meet SAGE Online 12.5.

While there are hundreds of reasons to love the new SAGE Online 12.5, here are just a few popular, time-saving features you’ll be eager to use.


More Search Options (and Views) Than Ever

SAGE Online 12.5 includes more search options so you can find exactly what you’re looking for!

Now you can easily find embroiderers, screen printers, engravers, etchers, and more with the new decorator search module. Choose from over 20 decorating services, and search by location to find nearby providers! Plus, you can filter decorators by rating to find the best partner for you.

Curious as to how it works? Log into SAGE Member to view the tutorial on the decorator’s search.

New to the main product search page, you can now filter your product search by premium/incentive items, like Tumi or Bose. You can even filter your search by officially licensed brands like the MLB or Disney. Just look for them in the “Other Filter Options” at the bottom of the product research page!

Need to do a quick search without the extras? The two new simplified search views allow you to see just the search fields you need. By selecting “Change View” in the top right corner of the product research page, you can view the basic product search view with the most common search fields, or click “Change View” again to view the natural language search box. 

You can type in what you’re looking for just like you would speak it. For example, you can try “500 bags with drawstring between $1.00 and $5.00,” and it’s intuitive enough to know what you’re searching for.

Multiple Product Images + Product Q&A

SAGE Online 12.5 introduces multiple product images so you can create virtual samples using different product colors and angles. Use images matching your client’s brand color, and they will be able to see exactly what their promo product order will look like. It’s a great way to impress your clients and boost your sales!

You can get even more details on products with the new product Q&A tab! You can ask, answer, and view product questions. Your question will be sent to the supplier and to distributors who have ordered the product. You’ll be notified when the question is answered!

 

Inspire Your Clients With New Email Marketing Campaigns

To help you step up your email marketing efforts, we’ve added a second monthly, ready-to-go email campaign to SAGE Online 12.5. These emails feature themed products in a professional campaign designed by our graphic designers – just load your list and send away to clients and prospects! It couldn’t be easier to keep your brand top of mind with your clients.


Advanced Reporting Capabilities

With new reporting options, you can stay on top of your sales progress. SAGE Online 12.5 now allows you to run a report to track the sales amount for each of your sales representatives.
