Before the show


TO GET STARTED

  1. Download the iOS or Android app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the gray square in the top left corner.
  3. Select Tradeshows.
  4. Select the appropriate show from the list.
  5. Start creating your walk list in either SAGE Online or SAGE Mobile!

OFFLINE MODE

If you want to use a device that will not be online during the show, just complete these steps while you are online before the show. Once you view the show the first time, the app will store the information so that you can access it offline. Any pictures or other content will be uploaded automatically after you go online again after the show!

Select the Exhibitor List menu option.

Individually select which exhibitors you would like to visit.

Click the Tradeshows tab.

Select the show you're attending.

Select which exhibitors you would like to add to your walk list by clicking each box or select the option to add all.

View the interactive floor plan to help you navigate the show floor and see the suppliers’ booths you added to your walk list.

Search for exhibitors by company name and quickly find their booth number.

Select a booth/supplier to take pictures and videos, make notes or even record voice memos for easy reference after the show.

When your clients receive their badges at registration, you’ll receive a push notification letting you know they’ve arrived!

What to do after the show


In SAGE Mobile
After the show, export your content directly from SAGE Mobile by tapping Export My Content from the main menu. An email will open and all you have to do is type in your email address. Or, you can also get your information directly from SAGE Online in the tradeshows area.

In SAGE Online
All of the information will be located in SAGE Online (just tap Tradeshows then select the corresponding show). You can even filter searches by exhibitors you visited at the show. If you are not a current SAGE Online user, you will need to retrieve your leads before your free trial expires. You can export your content directly from SAGE Mobile or from SAGE Online. Following the show, you will also receive an Excel report that contains all of your client’s lead requests.
